I approached this firm, based upon a recommendation. Every aspect of their behaviour was examplary. I asked them to perfom a repair and a routine service on a rare 81-year old Swiss watch. The cost and time taken were reasonable. The customer liaison comms were excellent. The watch was packed well and looked magnificent on receipt, running sweetly and keeping excellent time. I’m delighted with this firm and will doubtless use their services again. Well done and TY to the Michlmayr watchmakers.
