Yes, we can replace the battery while you wait. We can replace the battery and also run a pressure test in approximately 15 minutes.
We recommend regular watch servicing to ensure that your timepiece is working correctly and to the original specification. On average, we suggest at least every 5 years, but this will vary by brand. For more detailed information please visit our brand service pages linked via our home page.
If you deliver your watch to our offices, we can do a battery replacement and pressure test whilst you wait. A battery replacement is £15 and a replacement battery and pressure test is £45.
If you can’t get to our offices in person, we offer a National Battery Replacement service. We can arrange collection and return of your watch and it will be insured at all times. Please contact us to discuss cost.
Each watch is inspected and estimated on an individual basis. Estimates are provided free of charge, no obligation, within one week of you leaving your watch with us.
This will be confirmed following our inspection as it is often dependent on parts supply. Usually the service time is around 8 weeks.
Yes, we are happy to carry out inspections on all makes and models of watches.
