Thorough Servicing

Tissot recommends servicing your timepiece every 4 to 5 years and this service ensures that any worn components can be replaced as necessary.  If your watch is used in water, they recommend an annual watch pressure test.

We are also experts in Tissot watch repair. If your service reveals a fault, we will contact you first to discuss a quote before any work is undertaken.

Certified Centre

As a certified Tissot Service Centre we will always use genuine parts, wherever possible and if unavailable we will source the best suitable alternative to maintain the quality of your timepiece.

Expert Knowledge

The mechanical movement in a Tissot contains an average of 100 parts and each of these need to be regularly oiled and cleaned to guarantee accuracy. Book in your timepiece for a full mechanical inspection.

CITY CENTRE DROP OFF AND COLLECTION POINT

We work in collaboration with Aurum Jewellers in Norwich who kindly serve as an alternative city centre drop off and collection point for all watch repairs. You can find Aurum Jewellers at 21 Bedford Street, Norwich, NR2 1AR.

Please inform us if you wish to drop off or pick up your timepiece at this location so that we can make Aurum aware and arrange it’s delivery to and from our workshop.
