Our watch repair service is fulfilled by a dedicated team of in-house watchmakers who are expertly trained, accredited and boast over 30 years of horological experience.

We only fit genuine parts ordered directly from the manufacturer for your timepieces. If the parts are no longer available then we have the skills and technology in-house to manufacture the specific part required to maintain a standard of high quality, precision watch repairs.

Please note that in order to give the level of quality service we provide, your watch may require a service prior to us carrying out a watch repair.

ADVICE FROM EXPERT HOROLOGISTS

Sometimes we might identify some additional watch repairs that are needed when estimating your watch. We will always quote additional work in advance before it is undertaken and we will never return a timepiece to you without informing you of any additional identified faults.

PRICING YOUR REPAIR

Each watch is unique and therefore our estimates are based on a careful internal inspection of your watch. Contact a member of our team for more details on estimates.

SEND YOUR TIMEPIECE BY POST

No need to worry if you can’t get your watch to us in person. We accept timepieces by post and we can estimate them and let you know what we suggest. Get in touch for more information on this process.

CITY CENTRE DROP OFF AND COLLECTION POINT

We work in collaboration with Aurum Jewellers in Norwich who kindly serve as an alternative city centre drop off and collection point for all watch repairs. You can find Aurum Jewellers at 21 Bedford Street, Norwich, NR2 1AR.

Please inform us if you wish to drop off or pick up your timepiece at this location so that we can make Aurum aware and arrange it’s delivery to and from our workshop.
