Servicing Your Rolex

A Rolex service by Simon will revive your watch, detecting any issues with the movement before they become a problem. Any parts found to be faulty will be replaced. 

After Repair Service

We also offer pressure testing after the repair allowing your timepiece to retain its water resistant status. When your Rolex is serviced by Simon Michlmayr, you can rest assured that it is in safe hands.

Booking Your Rolex Watch Repair

Estimates for Rolex repairs are based on a careful internal inspection which will need to be conducted before Simon can give you a repair costs. This enables Simon to determine the necessary interventions required to ensure the correct functioning of your watch.

CITY CENTRE DROP OFF AND COLLECTION POINT

We work in collaboration with Aurum Jewellers in Norwich who kindly serve as an alternative city centre drop off and collection point for all watch repairs. You can find Aurum Jewellers at 21 Bedford Street, Norwich, NR2 1AR.
