The Gurney Clock

The Gurney clock is a unique timepiece built on Harrison's principles and it is said to be the most accurate mechanical clock ever produced. Named the Gurney clock because it was donated to the City of Norwich in 1975, to mark the bi-centenary of the founding of what is now Barclay's Bank by the Gurney Family in 1775, the same year in which Harrison's principles were published.
